Engagement lifecycle

Marketplace engagements are documented from request through closeout. Firms retain the operational and professional responsibility for the work; Oravanti provides the operating environment and controls.
Not fee sharing. Contractor engagements are for defined support services and do not constitute the sharing of legal fees.
Not the firm's counsel. Contractors are not the firm's attorneys and do not create attorney-client relationships with the firm's clients.
Written engagement required. No contractor is provisioned without an executed engagement agreement between the parties.

The Contractor Marketplace is currently in active development. Interested firms and contractors may register interest; participation is subject to review, capacity, and a written engagement.
