The Oravanti Affiliate Program

Introduce law firms to a better operating model.

The Affiliate Program has two participation types: General Affiliate for approved non-attorney professionals, and Attorney Affiliate for licensed attorneys and approved law firms. One survey handles both.

General Affiliate

Eligible cash commission level

  • Intended for approved non-attorney professionals and organizations
  • Eligible benefit level: 5% of collected subscription revenue attributed to an approved introduction, paid as cash commission according to the signed agreement
  • Payment is subject to attribution, collected revenue, exclusions, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and other agreement terms
  • Requires an approved application and an executed General Affiliate Agreement
  • Securities and investment referrals are prohibited through the Affiliate Program

Attorney Affiliate

10%

Eligible non-cash benefit level

  • Intended for licensed attorneys and approved law firms
  • Eligible benefit level: 10% in non-cash subscription benefits or account credits applied to the attorney's own Oravanti subscription
  • Does not receive legal-referral fees through the program
  • Does not receive compensation based on legal fees or the outcome of any legal matter
  • Structured so that participation does not interfere with independent professional judgment
  • Securities and investment referrals are prohibited through the Affiliate Program
  • Benefits are governed by the Attorney Affiliate Agreement

Attorney Affiliate Agreement

Affiliate participation is subject to approval and the applicable written agreement. Attorney affiliates do not receive legal-referral fees through the program, and securities or investment referrals are prohibited through the Affiliate Program. Oravanti is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

    Identify whether you are applying as a general affiliate or an attorney affiliate.

  2. Step 02

    Application review

    Oravanti reviews the application for program fit, professional standing, and compliance considerations.

  3. Step 03

    Written agreement

    Approved applicants receive the applicable General Affiliate or Attorney Affiliate Agreement.

  4. Step 04

    Attribution setup

    Approved affiliates receive tracked introduction materials and attribution instructions.

  5. Step 05

    Introductions

    Affiliates introduce law firms that may benefit from the Oravanti platform.

  6. Step 06

    Benefit issuance

    Eligible benefits are issued according to the executed agreement, collected revenue, and applicable exclusions.
